Adorable Doggies but tired

While I was walking along Pedro Gil, I found these two adorable doggies carrying basket with notes that they need help for their food. I pity these two. They have been sitting there for god knows how long. Habagat, the dog on the left is obviously tired bccause when i stroke his head he attempted to curl.

Although i know that its not good to use these animals, at least I am still thankful that they are not like the others left in the streets to die. At least their owner, an old man is finding means to feed them and himself as well.

Labor Day

Protesters greeted Labor Day with calls for President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo to step down and an increase in wages enough to meet the increasing prices of commodities.

Police are already waiting for the protesters who managed to get a permit to hold their programs in Mendiola.

Amidst the protesters, a little girl sat beside the truncheons after collecting mineral water bottles that she could sell.

And for added income, some protesters took the opportunity to sell buttons containing face of the president.
